We offer two different options for each level:
Photographic Diary – you take pictures of the food you eat on our app which you download onto your smart phone.
We give you general feedback on the types of food you’re eating, timing of food intake, food quality etc.
This would suitable for more beginner and intermediate level athletes who just want some general feedback on their nutrition.
Weighed Food Diary – you weigh all your food and send us the details. We enter the information on our nutrition software and give you detailed feedback on your nutrition intake based on your sport, training and goals. While this is more time consuming, it gives the most detailed information and can highlight many areas for improvement.
